Take a Luna e-scooter from central Budapest and set your own course through Buda and Pest. Staff provide training, route tips, a helmet, lock, and lights. The rental is unguided, though a guide option may be available. You can cross the river, reach the castle area, or ride toward Margaret Island.

“We had an absolute blast! A really fun way to cover some distance around the city. We took our scooter across the river to the castle area and enjoyed exploring a different area of the city. Having not ridden a scooter before (and not having been on a bike in around 10 years), they felt very stable. We stuck to the cycle routes that hire operator provided via Google maps. We could have probably seen more with a guide, but we really enjoyed exploring at our own pace. I would definitively recommend this as a fun way to spend an afternoon.”
