“When we arrived at the venue the guy there was lovely and helpful and went through all the necessary checks. Our guide, Judy, was excellent. We were shown how the bikes worked and then we set off towards Margaret Island. Judy was very aware of where all our group were and she would stop to wait for anyone held up by lights for example. She was very knowledgeable and we stopped at a few places en route and Judy gave us a bit of history. Margaret Island was beautiful and we stopped for a drink and an ice cream to cool off. I absolutely loved the experience and I would…”

“This is a great way to experience Budapest at night! Easy to use scooters and a great route made for a very fun ride around town! We had some minor issues with some of the other folks on the tour who were not very comfortable on a bike of any kind, so I recommend that you can ride a bike at a minimum. If you have any experience with an e-bike, lime scooter, or anything like that, you will have a great time!!!”

7.Easy & Convenient E-Scooter Rental for Sightseeing in Budapest

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 132 reviews · 1 to 3 hours (approx.) · from $30Best value

Take a Luna e-scooter from central Budapest and set your own course through Buda and Pest. Staff provide training, route tips, a helmet, lock, and lights. The rental is unguided, though a guide option may be available. You can cross the river, reach the castle area, or ride toward Margaret Island.

“We had an absolute blast! A really fun way to cover some distance around the city. We took our scooter across the river to the castle area and enjoyed exploring a different area of the city. Having not ridden a scooter before (and not having been on a bike in around 10 years), they felt very stable. We stuck to the cycle routes that hire operator provided via Google maps. We could have probably seen more with a guide, but we really enjoyed exploring at our own pace. I would definitively recommend this as a fun way to spend an afternoon.”

“We had so much fun riding these scooters around Budapest. It was a little tricky navigating through the traffic at first, but once we figured it out, it was a blast. I wish we would have done three hours and gone up to see the castle district, but we did not have time. I highly recommend renting these scooters.”
